Rachel is an interesting member. Her attitude of always being ready to jump in and help out makes her an important part of the team. Most members like to mess around with Rachel and poke her for amusement, which she always takes with a fun-loving attitude. Notable accomplishment includes denting furniture with an allen wrench.
What Got You Involved in the Team?
A lot of my friends were in robotics, and told me about how awesome it was. I decided to go to a few meetings, and it was even better than they had told me! Both of my parents are engineers, and encouraged me to stay active and involved.
Who is Your Role Model?
Hermione Granger-the most inspiring female character in a book there ever was.
Who is Your Student Role Model?
Samir Jain- He graduated in 2012, and was one of my closest friends on the team my first year. He worked harder than any of us realized because he is deaf, but he has never let that stop him from doing anything and everything he aspires to do. Plus, he's just a seriously awesome person!
What are Your Future Career Plans
I will be attending Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. I plan on studying Environmental Engineering due to my love for nature and the environment in general, as well as my love for building and creating things.
Interests or Hobbies
I love SCUBA diving, boating, hiking, I collect Coca-Cola products as a hobby, but most importantly, I love building robots!
What Other Groups/Clubs Are You Involved In?

What Are Your Dreams In Life?
I hope to find a job doing something I love in a place that I love, and find happiness through it.
