Social Media Lead

The Social Media Lead is the person in charge of posting occasional statuses, pictures, and tweets pertaining to the team's events and experiences. This helps get the word of 1261 out there, while also spreading word of Robotics. For the 2017 year, it was decided that the roles of Historian and Social Media Lead would be merged together and delegated to the Historian.
Job Requirements
While no longer a position, the Social Media lead was required to:
- Manage the team's Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, wiki, and other forms of social media
- Relate to other FRC Teams via Instagram and Twitter
- Update sponsors on the team's day to day activities
